Wholesale property advice for beginner

Xavier Jones
Posted

Hello BP community,

My name is Xavier Jones I recently moved to the Richmond, VA area and I would like to start investing in property in my area. I don't have any real estate experience and have been trying to research what it would take to get started on my own.

I don't have a lot of money to invest with and I am trying to find a way to start my first deal. I have considered a lot of options as far as loans but got discouraged with all the upfront expenses. Now I'm looking at wholesaling to find out if I can use this strategy to earn some capital for future projects.

I would love any feedback anyone can give me. I'll take any advice or information I can get.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and I look forward to hearing what you have to say.
