Hello all! Over the past few months I've been studying and researching to learn as much a so can about real estate investing. In my situation starting out I'm looking at starting with a SFH or multi family property, as I can take out an FHA and get some landlord experience there as well and begin learning to effectively House hack.

I know a big thing is analysis paralysis so I’ve decided instead of waiting a year for my apartment lease to be up, I am going to start looking now for property and will buyout the remainder of the lease if the right opportunity comes around.

With that being said, I've been looking for realtors and lenders in the Fort Wayne, IN area that are experienced with REI and know how to work with individuals looking to do the same. I would greatly appreciate anyone had any additional tips or would like to connect in order continue to grow the community here in Indiana

Thanks!
