How Much Profit Does an Investor Normally Look For on a Flip

Investors and those of you who have worked with investors . When it comes to wholesaling when I'm calculating my numbers how much should I take into consideration concerning the profit that the end buyer  should make? Taking into consideration that the end buyer is rehabbing the property? I've heard people say 30% is this true?
