Real estate in Michigan
Hi everyone I'm 18 years old just graduated high-school and have always found interest in getting into real estate ever since I was 16 . Lately I've been looking at properties around my area that are for sale but I don't really know how to calculate ROI or if the property could benefit as a rental or a flip . I have an investor willing to back me up but Like i said I'm not sure what kind of numbers to look at or who to talk to next.
