Developing my metrics
Hey bigger pockets, I’m still in my beginning stages and I feel like I’m getting stuck in analysis paralysis. The biggest obstacle in my mind right now is developing metrics to analyze markets. When ever I look up “analyzing markets” I just find people who want to sell me a system and that’s great but I want to develop my own method to determine what markets are good for investing and what type of investing strategy fits best for that market. I appreciate all the information!
