Potential 1st Rental Property
Hi All - been lurking for a while, but I potentially have a lead on my first property a single family unit 4 bedroom, 2.5bath that I may be able to intentionally purchase in a direct sale from relatives. So many questions, but the first one:
* I wouldn't have to come up with too much of a down payment (less than 5% probably)
If anyone out there reading this were presented with this type of offer, knowing what you know now..what would you do as far as maximizing the purchase to leverage into buying your next unit?
