Investor Friendly Real Estate Agent

Hi Fellow Investors!

I want buying a multifamily apartment near Austin, TX and surrounding area.  I currently live just north of Minneapolis, MN and I will be moving to Texas in September of 2019! I really like the idea of live in fix and flip or the use of an government backed loan or 203k for repairs. I'm still in the education phase reading some of Brandon Turners books and other related real estate books and watching tons of BP Podcasts.

I want to get involved with the community to see if anyone knows a "Investor friendly" (meaning an agent who personally owns rental property or real estate or that works with real estate investors on a regular basis) near Autin, TX or within 50 miles.

I want to set up an auto email listing for the MLS on property search to start seeing the different available properties. I want to run some calculators to familiarize myself before i buy my first property. I'm currently working full-time to save up money for a Down payment and start on this exciting journey.

If anyone has a referral that would be much appreciated!

Andy B.
