Flipping in Jackson New Jersey

Hey all,

My name is Roy, from Israel and I want to start flipping (doesn't mean to rebuild the house, maybe hold for short term and sold).

I'm thinking to do it in Jackson, NJ cause I have family there.

My questions is how can I find great deals (off market\ lower price than the market) if I'm not living there?

My budget is around 200K

And any other tips will help :)

@Roy Ben Jackson is very hot right with a lot of young families moving out of higher price areas to buy their first homes. My neighbors just moved there in fact. I would start with finding a local broker or two to get MLS listings and a good one will know of properties that haven't been listed yet. Beyond that there is always wholesalers I occasionally see deals over there. Also check auction websites like auction.com they sometimes have properties there.
