Duplex financing conventional
Hello all,Where is the best place to look for duplexes that qualify for financing. The only ones I find are directed for cash buyers. It’s hard to start off in real estate as a cash buyer if you do not have the cash. I am wanting to experience with house hacking through the HomePossible loan, but I have yet to find a duplex that’s available for financing. The FB post I see, Craigslist adds, are all for cash buyers. Any help would be appreciated.
