The best areas would be smaller towns instead of the big cities. And smaller towns that are not too close to bigger cities - and also Northern Ontario.
Such as Sarnia, Goderich, St. Thomas, Chatham, etc.
How do you find a good ROI-focussed investment agent in these areas? I'm in London and would like to look in areas like Chatham. Should I use a London agent that specializes in investment property, or find an agent local to Chatham, for example?
I would recommend you find an agent local to Chatham. I lived in Chatham for 3 years when I owned the Jumbo Video Store there. I found that the local agents there know the areas to avoid and the areas that would be a better investment. If you like I can refer you to a great agent there.
