BRRRR Cash Out Refi Help!

Hey, Im looking to Cash out Refi on 2 deals i own one is a single family the other is a duplex. On the single family its in an corp ( 6months ) The duplex is in a llc ( 2 months ) both properties are being rented out. I keep looking for some one to refinance the property but they are telling me i need to take it out of the corp and llc and put it in my personal name ? Any Advice
