Just moved to AZ 6 months ago to be closer to family. Working the 9-5 corporate but want to start investing in flips and BRRRR. Looking for individuals who have/are doing so. Want to learn and sharpen my knowledge. My wife and I are love diy renovation and not afraid to put a little sweat into a project.
