also does anyone knows how to get a Free list of cash buyers in your area?

anyone sharing buyers list in the Indianapolis In. area?

whats the best way to find cash buyers with little to no money?

Actually, there are ways to get free buyers lists of all-cash buyers, the only cost is your time (which in my book is also money).

How you ask? Look up public records of previous closings that closed all-cash. You can get such info from teh county recorders office, from a RE agent, or a title company.
You can also take a trip down to the courthouse steps where teh trustee sales happen, they are all cash buyers. You can also go to other auctions to find them.

Also, use BP. There may be BP members who are cash buyers in your area.
