I’m looking to start wholesaling

Marc Amedee
Posted

Last night, I went to my first seminar through Than Merrill which left me motivated. Throughout the course of the night, they were talking about “reverse wholesaling” and boy, they made it sound so easy.

Now, I’m looking to start the process and look for potential homes. How should I go about this? I’m on Zillow, looking at pre-foreclosed and foreclosed homes but what do I do next? Should I be driving around my city looking for super distressed homes? I figure if I can find a deal and secure it under a contract and advertise that home properly then cash buyers will come. As stated before, how should I go about this?
