Criteria Question for using ListSource to find Cash Buyers

Hey All!

As a newbie wholesaler, I am focused on growing my cash buyer's list and read an article by Brandon Turner on using ListSource to grow my cash buyers list. But being new to ListSource also I need some help narrow down the criteria.

I was able to narrow down a list of Absentee Owners and Date Range of Sales but am unsure of how to narrow down the results by whether or not a a deed of trust was recorded. Am I overlooking this option on ListSource or is this something I need to do once I have the Absentee/Date of Sale list?

Thank you very much for your time!

*I'm sure this is covered in another forum, so feel free to direct me there if that is best - thanks!
