Looking to connect with investors in Louisville
Good Afternoon,
I wanted to reach out and see if anyone in the Louisville area could help. I am looking to add property in Louisville area to my portfolio. I am looking for value add properties 2-30 Units. I am looking to connect or get suggestions on reliable contacts in the area for the following categories
1) Commercial Broker
2) Property Management who is reliable and and accessible when needed (Very significant)
