College student looking for advice

Hey guys,

I’m an economics major in the middle of my freshmen year of college. I know I want to invest in real estate and make a business out of it when I am older. My plan is to finish college, get a job, and use that income to invest in real estate. I’m thinking I’d like to invest in multifamily properties or office buildings.

Anyways my question is, what can I do now that will help me down the road? Are there any skills I can learn/practice, books I should read, podcasts I should listen to etc. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi John,

If you have not already, Read Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Good Luck!
