Looking for HML recommendations for first deal

Hello all,

I am a new investor In Richmond, VA looking to do my first deal in the VA area. I have been going over the HML'S that are listed on this site and thought it would be a good idea to ask for assistance.

If you have used an HML from this site or have any recommendations, your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
