How to find Deal Examples

Hi there, My name is Kylan and I am new to the Real Estate information venture. I currently Live in LA and am starting out investing in Real Estate. Brandon often alludes to analyzing deals points to get a better sense of how things are hashed out in closing for properties. Any idea where is a great place to find such information - be it on the site or outside of it?
