Just went from 0 - 2 deals in under a month!
Bragging here....joined BP before Xmas. Been a sponge learning financing tricks and market research. I started real estate investing 13 years ago and failed miserably. Did not want to make same mistakes again. We have a hard money lender but Realized we had a ton of equity in our home. Secured a cash out Refi. Just got in contract for a single family home with a great renter already in place. And on same day, signed on a fully rented duplex under seller financing terms/land contract! Two deals on same day!
