Starting out looking for advice in NJ

Hey All!!

Very excited to be a part of this community and have already gained a ton of knowledge from these forums and the BP podcast. However, I am still struggling to really pull the trigger and commit to anything. I am looking into buying a multi-family in NJ. I live in Rahway and would like to keep it nearby (within 20miles). Unfortunately, it seems that the only properties that I and my agent are finding are in Newark/Irvington or other areas where I really don't want to venture into. What markets are fellow NJ investors looking into? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
