Is it possible to get a conventional mortgage with low taxes?

Hi Everyone,

I have been a loyal follower and listener of Bigger Podcasts for almost a year in a couple of months. I have been spending the last few months saving and finishing up my degree (graduated with 0 debt) . I want to start getting my foot wet in rental properties.

I want to apply for a conventional mortgage with a bank, but I feel that my income taxes are not going to be enough to back me up. Although I recently started a good job with a good salary, my previous income taxes have been very poor as I was only working part time.

Is it possible to have a chance at a conventional loan?

Thank you

Daylen
