What are the best REI Expos to attend in 2019?

Good mornign all!

I want to get back out in the field and attend as many worthwhile Real Estate Investing related expos on the West Coast in 2019.  I am mostly intersted in single family flips and multi family projects West of Colorado.  Primarily California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington and Oregon.

Did any of you attend some good events in 2018 you could recommend I look into?  Anything on your docket for 2019 you could share with me?

I would greatly appreciate any insights.

Because I am looking for in person networkign opportunities.  I am not going to "learn" how to flip houses.  I've been in the business many years.  I find the in person experience and connections are worthwhile.  I used to attend many, years ago but it's been a long time so I am not sure exactly what it out there currently. 

Any help an suggestions to events from others would be appreciated. :-)
