Home Inspection Report

Hey BP fam,

I just received my very first inspection report on a triplex. Since I have ZERO experience assessing one, would someone be willing to put an extra pair of eyes on it? I am interested to know a few things:

1.) Is there anything I should be alarmed about?

2.) Is there anything needing immediate attention upon purchase?

3.) If there IS something need immediate attention, how much would that fix TYPICALLY run?

Thank you BP fam!

First step is I would go back to the inspector and ask him to expain it. The purpose of the inspection is to answer those questions in the first place.
