NEW INVESTOR FIRST TIME BUYER!
Hello everyone!
I will appreciate if anybody can help with my first property. I live in NJ, my brother (he resides in Ohio)and I are buying a house for passive income in Columbus OH. Now I want to know if anyone knows where I could find a low-interest mortgage we are planning to put 20% down payment and my credit score is 740-760. Also if anyone knows about any perks they have for first-time buyers as investors. Any comments will be greatly appreciated!
