New investor Maryland
Hello all, my name is Curtis and I’m pretty new in this business. I am a full time Elevator Constructor in DC and looking to take on this real estate business full time. I currently am working with two partners on two projects, one in NJ and one in Florida but I am not satisfied with how things are going. I’m looking to meet someone who can help get me on track to doing deals here in Maryland while teaching and guiding me on how to do things. I really want more of a hands on role such as overseeing the properties, making sure everything is on schedule, handling all the phone calls and emails.
