Real Estate Investing Partnership
Hi all- I was hoping to get some insights from anyone that has experience with investing as part of a partnership. My roommate and I are considering buying a multifamily place and renting out one unit while living in the other. Has anyone approached investing with a similar strategy? How has it worked out? Did you have an exit strategy, including what would happen if one of the partners wanted out of the investment down the road? I'd be very interested in hearing people's thoughts/experiences.
