Hello all.  I'm Marc, and I have just started reading into real estate, and I have become quite interested.  I am 27 years old, and I want to start learning about this industry, so I can be smart about this.  Does anyone have any pointers on where to begin? Books?  Etc...

I look forward to learning more and more.
