Back in the investing game, it been 15 in years. What to buy; multi units, mobile home, etc? Looking for long term holds, and able to grow portfolio reinvesting equity. Licensed agent, but have a full time W2.

if you’re not looking for cash flow, then yes, look for MFRs in B- to A+ areas .
