Hey BP community, so I’m thinking about doing my first multi family (quad-plex)property deal Using a FHA loan and possibly going in with a partner splitting all the costs. Can there be a co-borrower on an FHA loan? Has anyone done this? Thanks!

@Colby Fuller With FHA the only time there can be a non-occupying co-borrower is if it is your parent. Any other co-borrower would have to occupy the property as well.
