Unsecured person loan

I’m trying to obtain a house but only trying to buy this house for what it cost which is 10,000. I’m seeing if applying for a unsecured personal loan is the best way to go. I plan on buying and holding onto the property. But am only trying to buy the property at this time. It will need repair costs but I will try to get Funding further down the the road. Thanks for any advice you can surely give.
