Hi Everyone,

My name is Duy and I am just starting my real estate journey and am excited to meet any learn from people on this site! I live and work in the DMV area and am looking to invest in Baltimore. We (wife and I) have worked and saved up enough capital and are now ready to start our journey to financial freedom. My main focus is BRRR and multifamilies and am looking at the Pig Town area of Baltimore. If you are familiar with the area or have recommendations on other neighborhoods, I would love to connect. I am also looking to connect with other investors, agents and wholesalers in the Baltimore area. Please message me if you're around!

Thank you,

Duy
