Should I furnish my 1bd walkout?

Hello everyone!

I am currently finishing my walkout with the goal of renting it out. Since my living room/kitchen area is long and narrow, I'm going to stage it in order to show how you can maximize the space.

What are your thoughts on renting it out furnished? I have a lot of extra furniture in my home that I can use, ,and it's all in great condition, good quality.

Your advice/thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Ericka
