Noobie Needs Advice Closing on First Deal
Hi everyone Duece here, I want to invest into real estate starting out buying duplexes for cash flow. My problem Honestly at this point is not finding a deal I understand that side of things but my Financial side, Once I come across that deal how am I going to close on the deal, What would be the best way for me to get started ? Should I look into going for seller financing or maybe wholesale a few properties first ? I want to know what worked for you guys and how maybe it can work for me. Please let me know what you guys think might be best for me. I feel actually Closing this First deal is the biggest challenge that I have to figure a way to overcome All Ideas are appreciated thanks Everyone .
