Just getting started question in Mesa, AZ.

Hey, biggerpockets nation. We are just getting started and were curious if we needed to form an LLC or other business entity first? Or do we just need to jump off the cliff and figure out how to fly along the way... Any and all advice would be deeply appreciated.

I didn't bother with the LLC until I had a property under contract. They are fairly easy to form in AZ and don't take too long. Depending on financing, you may or may it even be able to hold title in the LLc.
