hello everyone my father and I are new investors looking to start with single family or multi family. we have been doing tons of research and reading books we have also joined a local REI group. we are hitting a wall because we have no money to put down on a deal even though we have found some that have potential. any suggestions would be great we are eager to get started and not afraid of hard work. we both have great credit scores and full time jobs.my father has some equity in his home but I don't as I have only owned my home a few years.

Thank you for any suggestion/advice.
