wholesaling help, or advice.

hey everyone on BP, i am a new wholesaler looking to partner up for advice or just get tips and tricks on how to get leads. even a mentorship or something of that nature, i have no up front money to pay someone for there time, its been a struggle, but i just wanted to maybe see if theres any advice to be given.

I am in the same boat as far as starting out with Wholesaling. So far my plan is to get involved with a local REIA here in San Antonio and get to know some investors. From there I will have to ramp up my marketing. Seems that we are on the same journey. Good luck to you!
