HOUSTON AREA,NEEDING ADVICE ON WHOLESALING REAL ESTATE

Hello everyone,

Lately I've been really intrigued by real wholesaling & I'm just not sure where or how to start.

I've checked out a couple of youtube videos & a few online articles about it but find myself constantly being "sold" on programs etc...

I am in the Houston area & would just like some plain jane ways to get this going.

A nudge in the right direction would be great!
