I'm a 21year old ready to start investing in the baltimore area, currently live in College Park MD. I'm trying to meet some investors who are willing to give me some ideas and recomendations for my first deal. My plan is to buy, fix and sell. Without using a private lendor, I saved some money over the past years. Hope I can Find some good help.
