hi everyone my name is manpreet Singh I m a new realestate invester from Rochester NY me and my partner have a property under contract for 54k ARV $255000-$295000 rehab estimate 55k-70k total investment 110k-128k looking for third partner to split the profit 30℅ investment needed 16k from third partner
