Insurance for people that are helping out

So, I decided to get into this real estate thing and now I have three properties. All are average SFH, 100k or less. I am capable of doing most of the rehab work, but time is limited and I only have two hands so I have been looking for help like a vinyl floor guy, drywall guy, etc. These people my be family or friends. I'm trying to figure out how to protect myself in case they get hurt at the house. These people would be "working on the side" for me, so they aren't licensed, which isn't necessary in my area. They aren't under a GC either, but they are experienced and skilled. I don't have a strong relationship with my insurance agent and I'm afraid that he's going to try and sell me some kind of "double indemnity, whole-term, universal liability" policy. What type of insurance should I be looking for?
