My first time buying- preferably a duplex in Montgomery county

Hello All- I would like to get started in RE by buying a duplex in Montgomery county, PA where I can rent one unit and live in the other one. I want to do this so I can save enough cash to put into reserve for future repairs, etc and for a downpayment for a second second property. Any recommendation on where to search or who to reach out out to? I have been looking on Zillow and Craigslist and found nothing. I currently live in Plymouth Meeting and would love to find something near here. I have some cash to put for a downpayment, i only have a car loan in debt, and credit score 800+.
