Investing in Houston, TX using BRRR strategy
Hello fellow investors. I would just like to start by saying that this would be my first investment in real estate. I believe I have educated myself to the point that I am ready to make a move. I would really like to reach out to anyone in the Houston TX area that is using a buy and hold or BRRR strategy to see how that vehicle is working out in this current market. I would also like to add that I am looking for an investment friendly agent. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
