What method of marketing got you your first phone call? 

How did your first phone call go or how did you feel? How long did it take before you got your first deal?

I'm sort of a case study for myself. I'm just curious and want to stay motivated! I'm in the process of marketing for my first deal so I just want to hear other people's experiences.
