Recently Laid off - Next Steps

Hello everyone!

I was just recently laid off at a job I had with a company for a little over a year.  I am turning 24 in March and am thinking that now is the best time to apply action and get into Real Estate full time.  Does anyone have any advice as the first steps to do so?  I am looking to get my RE License and begin to work and save more money before I begin investing.  I am just curious as to what people think the best way to get into the industry is.

Thank you!

At 24, time is really on your side, Joseph.

One first step: do you own a home. If not, maybe targeting a 2-4 unit is a possible gateway.

A recent BP poll showed many owned/lived in their first rental property.........

Best of luck
