Hello Everyone,

I am completely new to REI and to Bigger Pockets in general. I am 27 years old living in Smyrna Delaware. I m very busy working a full time job, taking care of my family, and working as a real estate agent. I do all this becasue I have a goal to build wealth so my childrens childrens do not have to stress about money. I want to build passive income for myself and my family. I say all this because I'm excited to say that I am starting to take my first step towards my goal with anaylzing deals for my first rental property.......... Just wanted to say Hi!
