Hello Everyone,

I am completely new to REI and to Bigger Pockets in general. I am 27 years old living in Smyrna Delaware. I m very busy working a full time job, taking care of my family, and working as a real estate agent. I do all this becasue I have a goal to build wealth so my childrens childrens do not have to stress about money. I want to build passive income for myself and my family. I say all this because I'm excited to say that I am starting to take my first step towards my goal with anaylzing deals for my first rental property.......... Just wanted to say Hi! I look forward to meeting many likeminded individuals.

You have come to great place to Network, but go to REI meeting and talk to as many people as you can. Read, listen to podcasts, and ask questions on these forums.

Find someone that is successful at the REI niche that interests you and find a way to help them out. Learning from them is the best education you can get.
