Madison County real estate investors association(MCREIA) is $20 a meeting or $195 a year.  They meet once a month, the next meeting is Tuesday Feb. 7th.  Tennessee Real Estate Investors meet every 4th Monday plus it's free.  Those are the only ones I know of at the moment.  I'm new and have only been to one MCREIA meeting.
