Young 20's looking to start investing!

Hi guys!

I am a new college grad who has been working now for close to half a year in a corporate finance job. I plan on only working at the company for a couple of years and entering a different industry. Down the road international real estate investing is my goal but I want to tackle my first project while living rent free with my parents. I live in the South Florida area and am looking to invest in either condos or apartments by next year. Being so young any advice would be greatly appreciated :)
