Recent college graduate, 50k starting salary + commissions

Hi BP, 

I'm reaching out to seek advice about starting out in RE investing. 

I thought it could be helpful to disclose my financial scenario, or perhaps that is naive. Anyways, 50k starting salary + uncapped commissions.  

In terms of options of starting out to invest in properties, what niches and strategy would yield the most return? My guess is house flipping single homes or condos?
