Getting Started/ Funding Investments
Hi my name is Pat and I am in the Baltimore, MD market and looking to get into real estate investing. I always hear ads on the radio saying you can do deals without using any of your own money or get a 350k line of credit for real estate investing ect ect. If this is *true*, what are the best ways to go about getting qualified for a line of credit/start up funds to begin flipping or renting out properties. Any input is appreciated thank you!

Pat - it is possible to do deals without money - but you need to understand some formulas - I have been in Baltimore for now for 74 years, investing here for 48 years. We just completed a development at North and Maryland Ave - Joe Squares is our tenant and finishing one on Charles - called the Baltimore Eagle.
All things are possible with the right guidance - but be careful who you get advise from - there are many who will help separate you from your money in this town.
Wishing you good luck,
Charles
